Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within the UK and the European Union (EU). All orders are dispatched from our studio in the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

  • Handmade & Made-to-Order Items (Jewelry, Incense, etc.): Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 1–5 business days.

  • EU: 5–10 business days (varies by destination).

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may apply for promotions (details listed on-site).

EU Customers: Import Fees & Taxes

  • Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees (set by your local government).

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Note: We cannot refund these fees, nor can we mark orders as "gifts" to avoid taxes.

Order Tracking & Issues

  • Lost or delayed package? Contact us at hello@alchemestudio.com, and we’ll assist.

  • Wrong address provided? Notify us within 24 hours of ordering. Changes aren’t guaranteed after shipment.

Returns & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
